My Henry Oxley III Descendants |
Henry Oxley III is believed to have been born in Burlington County, New Jersey in 1699. It is assumed his father was Henry Oxley II, and it is believed the family came from England, but it has not been established for certain when this family came to America. Henry III married Mary Everitt 1722 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. She is believed to be the daughter of Richard Everitt and Mary Elizabeth Clare, however, I do not have my Everitt research posted at the Rootsweb World Connect site, as it is all unproven. There seems to have been several Richard Everitts in the New York-New Jersey-Connecticutt area in the same time period, and researching them has become very difficult for me, as others who have done research have gotten them all confused and it is hard to sort out just which Richard Everitt goes with which wife and family. |
